Pambili files 2024 Financial Statements on SEDAR

CALGARY, Canada (March 24, 2026)—Pambili Natural Resources Corporation (“Pambili” or the “Company”) (TSXV: PNN) announces that it has filed its audited financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, together with the required accompanying disclosures, on SEDAR.

As previously disclosed, since May 8, 2025, the Company has been subject to a failure-to-file cease trade order (“FFCTO”) issued by the Alberta Securities Commission (“ASC”) as a result of not filing the 2024 audited annual financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis (“MD&A”), and related CEO and CFO certifications by the prescribed deadline. The filing of these statements represents a key milestone in addressing the matters that gave rise to the FFCTO.

The Company is currently completing the unaudited interim financial statements, MD&A and related CEO and CFO certifications for its 2025 reporting periods (the “Interim Filings”). Immediately following completion of the Interim Filings, Pambili will commence the audit of its 2025 financial statements and apply to the ASC for a full revocation of the FFCTO. Concurrently, the Company will apply to the TSX Venture Exchange for the resumption of trading of its common shares.

Pambili is undertaking a review of the gold exploration and development opportunities in Zimbabwe and its current projects and corporate structure. Subject to regulatory approvals and the resumption of trading, the Company will announce the results of this review.
