JON HARRIS, MBA, BSc
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Harris, a London-based international management consultant, has more than 30 years of experience, with a focus on project management, process engineering and business analysis.
Mr. Harris has served as a Non-Executive Director for several AIM- and TSX-listed companies, including Bankers Petroleum Ltd. from 2004 through 2016. He also has prior experience with listing natural resource companies on London’s AIM exchange.
As a consultant, Mr. Harris has successfully led a series of projects for clients involved in early-stage mineral exploration in French-speaking West Africa. Mr. Harris has both United Kingdom and Zimbabwean citizenship. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the London Business School, a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from South Africa’s University of Natal, and a Financial Times Non-Executive Director (NED) Diploma.
KEVIN BLANCHETTE

Mr. Blanchette has an extensive public company and business background and this, coupled with his exceptional expertise, will further strengthen the company’s leadership and help it drive its strategic vision forward. Having held prominent leadership roles in various industries over the years, Mr. Blanchette brings a wealth of corporate experience to Pambili. With a proven track record of success, Mr. Blanchette has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead organizations through periods of growth and value creation.
Mr. Blanchette has been actively involved in several public companies, displaying astute financial acumen and strategic insight. With a background in industrial automation, asset monitoring solutions, data management and biosciences, his ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends has consistently resulted in increased shareholder value, earning him a reputation as a visionary leader.
As Pambili continues to expand its operations and explore new opportunities in Zimbabwe, Mr. Blanchette’s expertise will be instrumental in steering the company towards sustainable and profitable outcomes. Mr. Blanchette has been a director of Pambili since November 2023.
JEFF SAXINGER, P.Eng
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Saxinger is Manager of Projects with Vepica Ltd., an engineering, procurement and construction management company active in the Canadian domestic and international oil and gas industries.
Mr. Saxinger has been in the Energy Industry for more than 29 years, with 13 years in a shop fabrication engineering environment. Mr. Saxinger graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1992, acquiring his Alberta P. Eng professional designation in 1995.
Mr. Saxinger has been a director of Pambili since 2008.
